Please stop smoking and drinking while pregnant Smoking beyond the the third month of pregnancy is very dangerous. The effects of smoking while your pregnant on your baby is the baby's heart speeds, coughing,sputtering, and lack of oxygen can make the baby stop growing. Smoking has been related to 115,000 miscarriages and 5,600 infant deaths a year. Drinking has been linked to premature labor also. Premature labor can be dangerous also. If smoking and drinking can damage your baby you can already imagine what illegal drugs can do.

  • Raw meat
  • uncooked beef
  • blue cheese, feta, Brie, Camambert, and Latin-American soft white cheeses
  • shark, swordfish, king mackerel,and tilefish.


[edit] Food cravings

Some food craving are due to your bodies lack of nutrients. If you have a craving for something have it. There's nothing wrong with permiting yourself to having some chocolate or a piece of cake just don't do any binge eating. If you have any wierd craving for inedible stuff talk to your doctor about it before you have it. For me I had craving for foods all through my pregnancy, but cravings are usually during the first trimester.
