It's always nice to have a game plan for things you don't have total control over. This article contains a list of things that you can bring to the hospital for delivery. Please feel free to add to this list of items that will make you feel more comfortable during your hospital stay. Some hospitals have different birthing options that you can use, so your not limited to just using the bed to giving birth. Some hospitals have midwives that help out the doctor. Other hospitals have the waterbirth option.

- Bloody show- mucus mixed with blood expels from your body.
- Contractions-painful stomach intervals
- rupture of amniotic sac membranes-water breaks
