If you ever have guests that need to use your computer you can enable the guest account. The guest account is not allowed to install anything so have no fear guests are not able mess up your computer.

Click Start as show in the the picture below:

Left Click Control Panel

[edit] Classic Start Menu

Hover your mouse over settings tab then Click Control Panel

Left Click User Accounts

[edit] Classic View

[edit] Step 4

Click the Guest account

[edit] Step 5

Click Turn On the Guest Account
