You can easily get rid of unused user account on your system. This also prevents unauthorized users from using these accounts to gain access to your computer.

Click Start as show in the the picture below:

Left Click Control Panel

[edit] Classic Start Menu

Hover your mouse over settings tab then Click Control Panel

Left Click User Accounts

[edit] Classic View

[edit] Step 4

Left Click the account you want to change

[edit] Step 5

Click Delete the Account

[edit] Step 6

Choose how you want windows to handle the user account.

NOTE: If you want to delete any files associated with this account press Delete Files. Otherwise, press keep files to keep all of the Desktop files and My Documents.
