[edit] How to crochet your own snoop cap

This would be a nice cap in the summer time, a cap to where during a possible hospital stay, as far as giving birth or what have you. This pattern is easy to make it should take no more than a day to finish it.

[edit] Crochet Materials

• One solid color skein
• One Multicolored color skein
• Size H or J hook (J hook for tight crocheters)
• Round cord elastic
• Weaving needle

• A=solid color yarn
• B= Multicolored yarn

Using color A, ch 4 and join with sl st to form a ring

Rnd1: Ch 1 10 hdc in ring, join, cut off yarn. Join color b

Rnd 2: Ch 1, 2 hdc in 2nd st from hook, 2 hdc in ea st to end, join. (20sts).

Rnd 3: Ch 1, *( 1 hdc in next st, 2 hdc in next st). repeat from * around, join. (30 sts). Cut off yarn Join color A

Rnd 4: Ch 3. *(3 dc in next st, ch1 skip next st). Repeat from *around, join. (48 sts)

Rnd 5: Ch 4. skip 2 sts*(3 dc in next st ch2 skip next 2 sts). Repeat from* around, join. (73 sts)

Rnd 6: Repeat Rnd 5. Join color b

Rnd 7: Ch 4. skip 2 *(1dc in next st, ch2 skip next 2 sts) Repeat from * around, join.

Rnd 8: Repeat Rnd 7. Join color A

Rnd 9-13: Repeat Rnd 7

Rnd 14: Ch 2 (1hdc in ch-2 sp, 1 hdc in next st), repeat from around, join. Fasten off. Weave round cord elastic through round with a weaving needle before you cut off the cord fit the cap on your head and tie the elastic then take the cap of your head and cut the elastic.
