Getting tired of your friends and family using your account to do their personal business? Here is a way to give them their own user account. There are several methods to create a new local user account. We will discuss the most popular way to create a user account.

Click Start as show in the the picture below:

Left Click Control Panel

Hover your mouse over settings tab then Click Control Panel

Left Click User Accounts

[edit] Classic View

Left Click Create a New User Account

Now Enter your new account name then click Next

[edit] Step 6

Choose level of permissions this user should have then click create user account Note:Limited is recommended for someone that has limited experience with computers or someone you do not fully trust.
