[edit] C# DateTime.ToShortDateString Method
ToLongDateString returns a string that is the short date version of the datetime object. By default it will return the date in month/day/year. This method will not return the time.

string variable = object.ToShortDateString();
[edit] Example 1:
This code will print two different dates and then compare them against their hashes.
